What it deliberately does not do
It is not a will and it does not try to be. A will has formal requirements that differ by jurisdiction, and a printable that pretended otherwise would be worse than useless — it would be dangerous. This binder records where the will is, who drew it up, and who the executor is.
It also has nowhere to write a password. Every page that touches an online account asks which account exists and who to contact, never the credential. The right place for those is a password manager with an emergency-access contact configured — and there is a line in the binder to record that you have set one up.
What is left is the part no one else can do for you: the list of what exists, where it is, and what you would want.

Questions people actually ask
Is this a will?
No, and it cannot be one. A will has to meet formal requirements that vary by country and state — witnessing, signing, sometimes registration. This binder records where your will is and who drew it up. Making the will is a separate job, and one worth doing properly.
Should I write my passwords in it?
No. There are pages for listing which accounts exist and who to contact about each, but nowhere to write a password, and that is deliberate. Use a password manager with an emergency-access contact, and record in the binder that you have done so.
Is it country-specific?
No. It avoids jurisdiction-specific forms, and where terminology differs it prints both — executor and personal representative, for instance.
Who is it actually for?
The person who has to act while grieving, or at 3am, or from another country. It is written to be followed by someone who was not in the room when the decisions were made.
